Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Takshvi Trade ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use this platform. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Educational Use Only

The platform provides automated algorithmic signal outputs for educational and informational purposes. You agree not to use these outputs as the sole basis for investment decisions. You acknowledge that trading involves risk of capital loss and that you are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must not use automated scripts or bots to access the platform beyond its intended use.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscriptions grant access to additional platform features for 30 days from the date of payment.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
• Subscription fees are for platform access only — not for SEBI-regulated research advisory services.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not provided once platform access has been granted. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for technical failures attributable to us. To request a refund, contact support@takshvitrade.com within 48 hours of payment.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit signal outputs without written consent
• Use the platform to engage in market manipulation or front-running
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scanning algorithm
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable Indian law, including SEBI regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Takshvi Trade and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to misuse the platform. Paid subscription amounts for the remaining period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis in cases of termination initiated by us without cause.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
